Internet Researcher/Sourcer

We have an immediate need for an Internet Sourcer/Researcher for our Austin, TX office. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates with technical backgrounds to join a public company that is an industry leader in staffing, testing and registration. Your responsibilities will include mining resumes from Internet Databases, search engines and message boards and providing them to our recruiting team. Along with continually building resume inventory based on our client?s projected needs with a pipeline of candidates to fit those requirements.



Required:

-Bachelors in EE, ME, CS, IS, CIS, MIS or commensurate experience
-Good understanding of new and burgeoning technologies, development languages, i.e. C++, C#, Java etc?
-Analytical
-Clear and precise verbal and written communication
-Team Player
