Invasive Cardiology Online Engineer

CITY: Open STATE: Unspecified State COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Provide remote Invasive Cardiology Systems product support to customers, field service, and sales personnel. Define, develop, & implement remote service strategies for install base and new product releases. Track and resolve site issues while maintaining world-class service performance and customer satisfaction levels. Work with engineering and quality teams through resolution of customer issues. Comply with all ISO and FDA implemented procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:
*AS degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Engineering, Biomedical, or Information Technology.
*Demonstrated experience in customer support and communication skills.
*Demonstrated varied problem solving as individual contributor and within matrixed teams. Experience with network operations, installations & associated equipment.
*Demonstration of proactive ethical leadership.
*Willingness to travel and be part of a 24/7 pager support rotation. CompTIA A+/ Network+ and Microsoft MCP Certifications.

Desired:
*BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Engineering.
*3 years experience in Biomedical or Information Technologies field. *Previous technical support and remote service experience.
*Cisco CCNA and Microsoft MCSE certifications
*GE Vacular product knowledge
