Junior Structural Test Engineer

Dietrich Design Group seeks a Junior Test Engineer to work at its facilities in Hammond, IN. Successful applicant will conduct structural tests of cold-formed steel framing members and assemblies under supervision of senior research staff. Using standard practices and techniques, takes measurements and records observations; collects, compiles and presents data as required. Bachelors Degree in Civil, Architectural, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Structures preferred. Requires knowledge of structural testing OR background in cold-formed steel and/or structural steel engineering, through either education or experience.
