Education Requirements:


BA/BS, Industrial Engineering preferred or 8 years of progressive experience in related field.


 


Minimum Experience/Skill Requirements:


2 Years experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing, Engineering, Line Control, Production Control or planning role.

Good understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing supply chain.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent analytical skills

Proven ability to work as a team player, along with project management skills.

Proficient skills in Promis, Excel (formulas, charting, spreadsheet development) and Powerpoint.


Job Responsibilities:

Perform specific tasks associated with monthly Volume Rolling Forecast Planning process, such as Product parameter maintenance; exchange data between local and Munich based databases; detailed analysis of parameter and volume out differences between monthly forecasts.
Work closely with peers and central planning/ supply chain department in Munich to establish weekly chip out demand plan, and work with local and Porto wafer test team to ensure flawless execution of plan.
Perform volume/chip out analysis associated with business scenario planning tasks and/or per management requests.
Seek for solutions to automate/simplify existing supply chain planning and forecasting systems and processes as applied within Production control.
Perform specific reporting tasks
Timely implement supply chain logistics to ensure flawless introduction of new parts and readiness of shipping flows.
