This individual will be responsible for design and permitting activities and developing construction plans and specifications for industrial, municipal, Title 27 closure, and construction and demolition debris landfill-related projects. Job duties include project management, engineering analyses, construction management and certifying engineering responsibilities on construction projects, report and proposal writing, client and regulatory liaison, and business development. Experience with landfill gas, storm water management, construction quality assurance/quality control, sediment and erosion control, is a plus.


Requirements:

B.S. Civil/Geotechnical/Environmental Engineering required; M.S. or PhD preferred. P.E. from California with demonstrated Title 27 experience.
