Landscape Architect / Planner
King Engineering Associates, Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Landscape Architect/Project Manager with 3-7 yrs. exp. for the Jacksonville, Florida office. We are currently working with the top developers in the area on a wide variety of projects including: mixed-use master planned communities, single and multi-family residential communities, downtown waterfront revitalization, retail development, planting and hardscape design, community amenity center and pool area design, and small and large scale site planning. We are looking for a highly motivated person, who has solid experience in land planning and construction documentation in the types of projects listed above, and is comfortable interpreting zoning regulations, and land development codes. The candidate should have strong project management experience and experience handling clients. Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator/ experience a plus, Autocad experience a must.
