 Job Description
 Develop/review code, test plans, expected results and test data. Review user-oriented training materials, conduct user training, and facilitate design meetings. Perform system analysis and identify alternative solutions to business and technical problems. Prepare and maintain documentation to support computer operations, related manual procedures and technical references. Organize, participate, and conduct code walk-throughs of peers and subordinates. Produce detailed design specifications from high-level design documents. Identify and implement application performance enhancements. Lead and develop business and technical requirement statements in conjunction with IT management and user community. Applications to be supported are represented but not limited to ADP Enterprise Version 3 and related interfaces, ADP Manager Self-Service, ADP Employee Self-Service, and Tenrox Time and Attendance.
 
Job Requirements
 Bachelor?s degree in a computer related field is preferred or equivalent experience with specific skills in object oriented programming such as Visual Basic, databases, and HR applications such as ADP or PeopleSoft. High School diploma or equivalent certification is required. Minimum 8 years experience in developing information processing solutions is required, which should also include at least 2 years experience in personnel/project management. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and directing/managing the team to accomplish multiple groups of tasks and projects to schedule and budget is required. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and document development standards, monitor and summarize the root cause of problems for applications supported, assist in evaluating vendor Statements of Work, and follow IT policies, procedures and processes.
