Adecco Technical has the following contract position available for a Lead Manufacturingl Engineer in Dayton, OH. Local candidates preferred - no travel/relocation or sponsorship given at this time. Below are the job details?.

Lead Manufacturing Engineer ? Assembly. Responsibilities and Key
Elements: Lead the implementation, support and continuous
improvements of manufacturing assembly processes. Lead the plant
team in improvement of First Time Quality. Update and maintain all
ME documentation including Control Plans, PFMEA?s and Process Flow
diagrams. Coordinate and lead project installations with
maintenance or outside contractors. Assist maintenance in solving
chronic or emergency equipment problems. Required
Qualifications: Experience in the design and troubleshooting of
assembly and test equipment. High level of interpersonal skills.
High level of analytical and problem solving skills. 15+ years of relevant experience.
Availability for off-shift and weekend emergency support if
required. Good computer skills for data analysis. Preferred
Qualifications: Experience with leak and load testing equipment.
Project Management experience. Equipment design experience
using AutoCAD and Solid Works. Four-year technical degree.
