Lead/Principle Thermal Imaging IR Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Lead/Principle Thermal Imaging IR Systems Engineer for our Boston area client
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop systems designs to present Long Wave Infrared (LWIR) imagery
- Lead a team of electronics and image processing specialists
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or better in EE or related field
- 5-10 years industry experience in thermal imaging industry
- Must have lead, or been actively involved in, the development of similar systems for staring thermal imaging technology
- Expertise in the areas of signal processing and dynamic system control as applied to Long Wave Infrared (LWIR) imaging systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and disciplined systems engineering approach to development and documentation
DESIRABLE:
- Experience with visible imaging / optics
- High-volume production experience
