Lead Service Systems Integrator

CITY: Salt Lake City STATE: Utah COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
For the Enterprise Clinical Information Systems (ECIS) project, the team is creating a revolutionary prduct in the clinical IT market. A key differentiator in this market is streamlining the implementation and service process. The ideal candidate will lead the program planning, development and deployment activities for the service tools within the clinical information system product. The dynamic person who can fill this role is has strong project management skills and can influence and coordinate the work of others. The LSSI is involved from inception to termination of a product with responsibility for:

*Coordinating service needs form customers and stakeholders of the product,
*Leading project management for serviceability efforts on the product,
*Managing the implementation of service tools and features,
*Tracking metrics that will measure the success of the product from a service standpoint
*Verifying that the product has met its serviceability goals

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering
*5+ years of strong project management experience
*Proven leadership ability
*Strong process skills, including proven ability to streamline processes
*Full software lifecycle development experience
*Experience on projects using Java & scripting languages
*You must be willing to take a drug test
*You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background

*Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering
*PMP Certification
