A major corporation located in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. You will implement Lean Manufacturing concepts and manage projects. Evaluate processes and recommend improvements. Participate in capital investment projects and lead cost reduction initiatives. Assist in future automation projects. Work with CAD to detail changes to tools, etc? Support ECT and ECN requirements.

Requirements: ME degree with 5 years of experience. Lean manufacturing is a key requirement along with value stream mapping, Poke Yoke, Set up Reductions, Kanban and Kaizen events. Project Management experience and experience with integrated systems such as JDEdwards One World. Exposure to Capital Investment and experience leading cost reduction initiatives. Good CAD skills and the ability to detail changes to tools.
