Process Improvement Engineer that can implement lean manufacturing methodologies.

You will be responsible for manufacturing process improvements; equipment upgrades and assist with tooling development. You will look for ways to improve the welding processes. You will get involved with lean manufacturing activities, 5S events, and other modern manufacturing methodologies.

You must have a four-year engineering degree and manufacturing experience that includes process improvements.
