Learning Program Planner

Our client in Newtown Square, PA is looking for a Learning Program Planner. Salary would be in the mid 40K area. Seeking professional, mature individual to provide operational direction for e-Learning Program and its workflow including vendor content and hosting services, payments, communication, and review procedures.
Requirements:
Able to apply a broad working knowledge of training and development concepts, practices and procedures dealing with eLearning, self-paced and instructor-led training.
Plan for new training topics and subject areas, manage vendor relationships with both development houses and authors, work with marketing to develop communications plans for training deliverables and provide customer support.
Able to develop business plans and proposals and administer operating budgets.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and good organization skills required.
Associates degree; advanced degree preferred in human resources, general business or other directly related area.
At least 3 years experience in a product delivery setting with emphasis on internet-based program or product delivery.
Experience developing communications and marketing information for product delivery.
Experience successfully leading request for proposals (RFP) processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required, including public speaking and ad hoc presentations a must.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access. Limited travel.
