DMJM Harris, an AECOM company recognized as a leading Energy Services Company, is seeking a Manager of Execution for their southern California office.

The successful candidate will have 15+ solid years experience in the design/build energy industry working mainly for public and private clients. Candidate must have a strong background in construction that includes HVAC equipment, Central Plants, Boilers, Chillers, Transmission and Distribution Systems, cogeneration and renewables. Relationships with the local Contracting community are mandatory. Candidate local to the State of California is preferred. Out of State candidates will be considered. Travel within the State is required.

Responsibilities include:
Full responsibility for Project and Program implementation and execution, including financial ownership;
Corporate reporting;
Manage project and construction management staff;
Ability to effectively supervise design and construction personnel;
Strong customer relations;
Perform risk analysis;
Setting up and negotiating contracts & subcontracts - strong knowledge of contracting is required;
Knowledge of new and emerging energy efficiency & renewable technologies is a plus;
Operational knowledge of the following software applications is required; Microsoft Excel, Word, Project).
