Responsible for developing manufacturing processes and rates for cable assemblies. In addition, this individual will be involved in capacity evaluation, tooling requirements, first article review, drawing review, cost reduction, and process improvement. This individual will be managing large programs for Medical customers involving numerous part numbers, while working with production facilities in China and Mexico.

Prefer Mechanical Engineering Degree and 3 years of cable assembly and/or connector manufacturing / design experience in a manufacturing environment. A strong knowledge of termination and wire processing equipment would be a plus. Excellent PC skills a must, CAD experience a plus. Must be extremely proactive and capable of handling many tasks simultaneously ' a self-starter who can demonstrate a proper balance between speed and accuracy.
