MANUFACTURING SUPPORT MANAGER

Tate Access Floors, a Division of Kingspan Group, PLC is currently seeking a team oriented candidate to fill the position of Manager, Manufacturing Support at its World Class facility in Red Lion, PA.

Responsibilities to include:

Manage Tool & Die and Maintenance Department Supervisors 

  Manage Capital Projects 

Manage MRO Purchases

Provide Technical Support for the Operation of two sites

Position requirements:  Metal stamping experience and die forming knowledge in larges presses (greater than 250 ton).  The ability to translate product specifications to mfg. requirements (machines, equipment, and tooling),  Strong project management skills, Comprehensive engineering knowledge e.g., strength of materials, mechanical forces, fluids and dynamics, heat transfer, electrical, plc,  sound engineering practices, etc.  Knowledge of lean mfg/TPS concepts with implementation preferred.  Knowledge of advanced statistical tools used to reduce process variation, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.  Cross-functional experience (production/quality) preferred.  BS Engineering required, Masters preferred.
