MECHANICAL ENGINEER
INTRODUCTION:
Murray & Associates, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm engaged in the design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for commercial, educational, entertainment and institutional building construction throughout the US. Murray & Associates, Inc. currently employs Registered Professional Engineers, Engineers in Training, Engineering Technicians, CADD Technicians, Construction Administrators, along with marketing and administrative support staff. MECHANICAL ENGINEER:
The successful applicant will possess a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and shall be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). A graduate degree in engineering or business is also helpful. These credentials should be accompanied by a minimum of four years of applicable experience with a consulting engineering firm providing similar design and engineering services. This person will be required to provide design expertise in the fields of HVAC, energy management, plumbing, fire protection and mechanical system controls. In addition, he may also be called upon to direct the activities and supervise designs provided by other mechanical engineers, engineers-in-training and technicians working under his direction. Knowledge of electrical engineering design and principles are also beneficial but not required.
Requirements:
* Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum of four years of applicable experience with a consulting engineering firm providing similar design and engineering services.
* Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Texas.NCEES registration or registration in other states is also beneficial.
