The Mission Ownership and Analysis Directorate (MOAD) is made up of several disciplines whose main objective is to influence hardware and systems early in their life cycle to assure effective operation, reliability, maintainability and economical ownership by the customer and end user. Additionally, MOAD is responsible for providing both local and field level support for globally fielded system.

Provide a variety of support tasks for an Integrated Supply Chain team. Typical tasks may include inventory transactions, material movement using various equipment, evaluating and resolving discrepancies, record keeping, filing, data entry, customer service and follow-up via phone and e-mail, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, publishing action logs, accessing drawings and specifications, identifying potential sources of supply, doing research on sources and products, supporting proposals, and expediting parts from receiving through inspections and into inventory. This job will have multiple sources of work direction and the successful jobseeker must be good at prioritizing assignments, meeting commitments, and adjusting to changing demands. Mechanical aptitude would be a plus as would a natural tendancy towards being highly organized. Must be able to provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment where personal excellence is a mutual expectation of all team members.


Basic Qualifications

- B.S. degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering curriculum




- GPA of 3.0 or higher


Desired Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills


- Customer focus and collaboration skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of MS Office or other presentation tools


- Non-core engineering jobseekers need to be able to interface with design engineers.

- Core engineering jobseekers need to be able to interface with supply chain and business personnel.

- Possess previous internship or co-op with a defense contractor, industry, and/or government agency with a focus on business applications and order fulfillment.

- Prior military experience a plus; especially in logistics and supply support.

- Communicate effectively; both oral and written.

- Familiarity with Performance Based Logistics, Integrated Supply Chain, and Engineering Change Proposals

- Review technical parts lists, invoices, receipts for accuracy and compliance with existing standards and regulations.

- Identify concerns, suggest solutions, and follow through to closure.

- Experience with various financial, supply chain, and business applications.
