Maintenance Manager

This family oriented Central Ohio manufacturer boasts a highly tenured staff. Because of this company?s size and diversity, there are numerous opportunities to grow your career.

They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead a department of seven technicians. Responsibilities will include scheduling predictive and preventative maintenance activities, implementing continuous improvement processes, working with vendors and managing and coordinating contractors. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective EH & S program, budgeting, planning and capital improvements.

A four-year degree and five years of experience are required for this position. Additional requirements include strong management, planning skills and previous CMMS experience. Experience in plant automation is a plus.
