Maintenance Manager needed for Food Processing facility. Must have demonstrated management ability, business orientation, and team building skills. Responsible for working with current staff (assistant maintenance manager, 2 supervisors and maintenance team)develop, train, direct,and implement procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree is a Plus. Thorough knowledge of industrial Food Processing machinery and industrial electronics Experience with PLC and PM Equipment selection/modification, capital expenditure projects, coordination of outside vendors with construction of projects AIB experience is a plus Minimum 6 years of supervisory/management experience Experience in budget development and inventory management
