Position Description:
The Maintenance Manager is a key contributor in a manufacturing environment. In this role you are responsible for maintenance team management, on-the-floor troubleshooting and project engineering support. Maintenance Managers are accountable to the team members for removing obstacles, solving problems, setting direction and empowering the team to achieve their performance improvement results. The Maintenance Manager must be fully aligned as a technical resource to help achieve manufacturing goals in the areas of safety, cost, quality and service to customers. Experience with high speed packaging is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage and coach maintenance team to solve daily operational issues
? Manage associated maintenance accounts (parts, labor, energy, etc.)
? Manage implementation of technical, process and equipment innovations
? Develop downtime reduction plans through root cause analysis
? Conduct presentations and training programs as needed
? Organize and facilitate work team meetings
? Utilize best practices from other PepsiCo sites
? Provide troubleshooting skills on-the-floor

To qualify for the Maintenance Manager position you must have the following:
o Bachelors degree in Engineering field
o At least 6 years experience supervising in a maintenance organization with experience in production preferred
o Fluent with maintenance scheduling software
o Experience with 3 phase power systems, PLC controls, general trouble shooting and PM programs
o Demonstrated people and leadership skills with track record of achieving positive business results
o Demonstrated ability to achieve results the right way
o Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
o Ability to work off shifts if required
