Maintenance Reliability Manager

FPC has a growing metals mill client in the Mid-Atlantic states (USA) region that is seeking a top Maintenance Reliability Manager to develop and lead the TPM/RCM program for their mill.  The hiring manager is seeking someone that is accomplished in dramatically reducing delays and maintenance costs in heavy industrial plants through implementing modern proactive maintenance programs.  This will be in a challenging unionized mill environment so the hiring manager will be looking for a person that has prior success in changing maintenance cultures to proactive in similar process industry environments.  This is an excellent opportunity for accomplished maintenance reliability professional to join an industry leader that offers competitive compensation, benefits, and full relocation along with outstanding career growth potential.  Income potential for the right person is in the $130K++ range.


Requirements:
BS, Technical Degree
CMRP or Six Sigma certifications are major pluses
5+ years of leading TPM/RCM implementations throughout heavy manufacturing plants
Significant experience in leading these implementations in unionized process industry mills
Prior maintenance reliability supervisory experience over 10+ personnel departments
Accomplished in dramatically reducing delays and maintenance costs through TPM implementations
Accomplished in driving maintenance culture change in unionized plants
