Manager - General/Industrial/Electrical Services 80-100 K/yr

This is a newly created Direct Hire position for a General Manager in the electrical services arena. The basic minimum requirements are as follows: BS or BA, at least ten years relevant experience in a service industry management role, PC proficient with Microsoft Office software, a demonstrated ability to grow a business from the $5,000,000 plus range to a higher volume organization, and provide business acumen, leadership skills, and staff development. Specific responsibilities include direction of corporate activities to optimize effectiveness and maximize profits, planning, development, and implementation of corporate policies and goals, coordination of all corporate division activities, direction of sales and marketing efforts, budget preparation and analysis, performance of corporate administrative activities, and providing the owners with a scheduled review of financial analysis. Previous experience in a technical field or an MBA are considered pluses for this position.
