Manager, Hardware Design & Verification - #252-06H

Candidate will provide hardware resources including electrical design, mechanical packaging and reliability analysis to Landing System Solution group; Will manage tools and processes applied to hardware development; Participate with program management regarding budget and schedule adherence; Administrate Hardware group; Will work with central engineering to manage peaks and valleys of workload; Will work with program management to mitigate issues related to budget and schedule: Responsible for budget and schedule adherence for programs; Guarantee technical merits and product quality through adherence to development processes.

Required: Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering plus at least 5 years relevant management experience; Experience in embedded product development to properly access and choose electrical and mechanical packaging solutions, including the maximum usage of standard solution best practices. Must have an appreciation for, and the ability to enforce, proper development processes. Must have the capability to work with a cross-functional team, and to represent it well in relation to internal and external customers for the group.
