Manager I, R&D - Product Development

We are looking to hire a Manager to support the R&D team within the Endovations organization.

In this role you will assist in and/or manages functional deliverables and ensure technical excellence for product or technical development, lead product development projects and provide guidance and approval regarding technical strategies and approaches. In addition, you will ensure continued intellectual property development from self and staff and provide guidance and training to staff, assist team in attaining career goals, motivates individuals to achieve results, and recruits and maintains a high quality staff.

You will also assist in and/or complete the development of budgets and monitors spending, identify and develop department tools, determine appropriate staff levels, schedules and resources. You will work with project managers to understand priorities and plan resource and time allocation accordingly, collaboratively determine project staff assignments and schedules work to meet completion dates and R&D deliverables and maintain and enhance cross-functional team relationships.

Qualifications for this role include 7 years technical professional years' experience, 3+ years people management experience, and a BS degree in applicable field. Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma a plus.
