Position Description:

Manage technical activities for transfer of new processes and equipment into manufacturing packaging operations. Lead development studies and provide technical support to operations for introduction of packaging for new or improved vaccines, for new packaging presentations for existing vaccines, and for new packaging facilities. Serve as a technical resource to lead resolution of problems that adversely impact ongoing packaging operations. Provide an environment which ensure compliance with cGMP, Health and Safety, and all other applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Science or Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in the field of pharmaceutical (parenteral) packaging. In depth knowledge of manufacturing/packaging practices, regulatory requirements, pharmaceutical packaging technologies, packaging development and start-up and management/teamwork skills.

Strong background in development of pharmaceutical (parenteral) packaging and technology transfer. Strong record of successful contribution to project teams.
