Manager, Program III

Join us at Borland as a leader with the StarTeam family of products and in building the next generation of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.

Primary responsibilities include project managing StarTeam enterprise products including gathering, managing, analyzing and communicating details associated with each release.

Other responsibilities include working with product management to establish product requirements, collaborating with peers within the team and with other teams to generate & baseline an iterative release plan, tracking & reporting on progress, assessing the health of the release, issue tracking, dependency management, risk management and end-game planning & execution. An exceptional candidate will be effective driving similar work at a higher level, integrating products and teams in multiple remotely-located sites

? Bachelors or Masters in computer science, technical business management or relevant field and 6+ years experience.
