Manager of Engineering and Construction

The Manager of Engineering and Construction will assist the Director of Engineering in managing and directing the administration, repair, improvement, construction and maintenance of the Authority?s property, equipment and facilities. The Manager?s responsibilities include preparing requests for bids; overseeing the design and construction of capital improvements; preparing cost estimates; and administering contracts. The Manager will serve as a key member of the Management Team. The ideal candidate is a P.E.

 

Minimum requirements:  1) B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field from four-year college or university; 2) Five years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; 3) Ability to persuade or influence others through oral and written publications and presentations; 4) Valid drivers license with good driving record.
