The Career Training Program is designed to give recent graduates the opportunity to gain a broad perspective of the core business functions that are critical to the manufacture of Kroger private-label brands.

 

Trainees will be hired into the Company at a first level management position and will complete a training program over a 12 to 18 month period.

 

The program provides trainees with:

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in field of mechanical, electrical or technical engineering. Relocation is required at the completion of the program.
