Manufacturing Engineer - NEED 3!

Need Three Manufacturing Engineers!


Tier one automotive supplier is growing. In the next year this organization is planning on doubling in size. They are looking for sharp new engineering graduates to assist them in learning the new processes and products that are coming. This position will allow you to travel (training in Ohio for 8-9 months and travel to Japan-this is a long-term position based in Georgia), learn new processes off site, bring machines and manufacturing to the organization and launch the new manufacturing processes. You will be able to work closely with management and the hourly staff to smoothly launch the new products on time and on budget. Once the launches are complete you will be able to work on continuous improvement, scrap reduction and optimizing production. Requirement for the manufacturing engineer:
1. 4 year technical degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technologies, or industrial technologies.
2. At least one manufacturing engineering coop or internship.
3. The ability to be hands on and have a strong mechanical aptitude
4. Must be willing to train in Ohio for 6-8 months and travel to Japan.
5. Microsoft Excel
6. Have utilized a 3D modeling program. (preferably Solidedge)

Skills PREFERRED:
1. Automotive coops or internship
2. Machining or casting experience

Client is willing to assist with relocation for candidates meeting all of the requirements. Openings are in the Dalton, La Fayette and Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia area.
