Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager

Privatly held company is seeking a multi-talented individual to Manage Product Development Projects and lend Engineering expertise to our production facility.

This is a mangement level position and reports directly to the President.

 

This position has two primary functions:

 

New Product Development Management:  This individual will be responsible for driving new product development projects from conception to completion.Strong scheduling skills and attention to detail will be crucial.  This indiviual will be working with Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing and outside vendors to keep projects on schedule and on budget.  Significant experience with new product development and project management is a must.  CAD/CAM design experience is required.  Experience with Pro Engineer is preferred.  Experience with various project management software packages is also required. 

 

Manufacturing Engineering:  This individual will provide engineering support to our in house manufacturing operation.  Duties will include, process improvment, cost redution and technical documentation and other engineering support as needed.  Management of product quality programs will also be required.
