Market Manager

In this position, you would be required to substantially speed the development of a hot runner market by identifying key market segments/customers, advancing the technical and account development skills of the sales team, and provide improved feedback to the Product Development group for product enhancement.  Other responsibilities include developing sales strategies to target new markets and accounts, identifying and communicating market trends and customer trends, and presenting hot runner information at technical seminars, conferences and customer meetings.  Requirements include an understanding of plastic injection molding technology including design and manufacturing, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience preparing and delivering highly professional presentations.  Mechanical Engineering degree with 3-5 years in product development management.
