Mask Layout Designers- Analog/RF IC - multiple openings
Kelly Engineering Resources has multiple openings for Mask Layout Designers- Analog/RF IC to work for a wireless communications company in San Diego. Will generate custom RF/Analog and Mixed Signal circuit layouts for ASICS as part of a larger design team.
Must demonstrate proficiency in block level floorplanning, understanding of design rules, device matching, minimization of parasitics, isolation techniques etc.
Run verification programs and debug errors on completed layouts.
Skills/Experience:
6+ years RF/Analog and/or Mixed Signal Layout Experience
Cadence Virtuoso XL, DiIVA, ASSURA,UNIX, Windows based applications
Basic understanding of semiconductor devices as well as CMOS and bipolar processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
