Overview of Responsibilities:

 Assist in the preparation of engineering reports under direct supervision of a registered mechanical engineerPerform routine mechanical engineering work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, design software, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks in Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC)Perform plumbing and fire protection tasksApply and be responsible for the application of sound engineering principals utilizing the industry ?standard of care?Provide CADD support to the project teamComplete work that meets industry standard of careComplete projects accurately and on time

 

Qualifications Required:

 

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor?s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering with an emphasis on mechanics, EIT certification, and an engineering internship and/or co-op experience.  A working knowledge of HVAC design software, AutoCAD, and MicroSoft Office are also required.  Candidates should be team players who possess good communication and organization skills, and the ambition to succeed.
