The Position: 

The Mechanical Engineer will perform property condition assessments, pre-construction document and budget reviews, and construction monitoring of a wide range of building types with emphasis on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.  The position also requires skills in managing multiple projects concurrently, and effective communication with clients and other project participants.  The environment is fast-paced, stimulating, and challenging. 

 

Requirements:

? Licensed Professional Engineer (California)

? Relevant experience includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for buildings

? Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills

? Ability to travel locally and nationally up to 50%

? Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

? US Citizen, permanent resident, or eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
