That?s where our Product Development Managers come in. In this "big picture" role, based in Clifton Park NY, you?ll take charge of design and development for new and existing products.  This is an ideal opportunity for a multi-faceted mechanical engineer with the ability to lead teams, to problem solve, and to supervise employees both locally and globally.

 

You?ll oversee design activities using your "can-do" mindset and willingness to think "outside the box" to determine feasibility, cost-effectiveness and potential demand for our products. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate all new product development projects, analyze production methodology and have the opportunity to travel up to two weeks per quarter in support of global operations (North America, Europe and Asia).

 

We?re looking for an assertive and goal-oriented Mechanical Engineer with expertise in product development; 4 years in Product Development/Engineering in a technical manufacturing environment is required. Experience in the PCB test field is desirable and a BSME or equivalent is necessary. AutoCad and Solidworks expertise is mandatory and MRP/ERP knowledge is preferred. The ability to develop, manage, motivate and retain talent will round out your qualifications.
