Mechanical Production Engineer - (SN10746)

MPC Products is currently seeking a Production Engineer to join its Rotary Actuation Department. The Production Engineer will be required to support final assembly for all engineering concerns. They will answers all questions dealing with assembling and/or testing hardware. They will create and improve documentation associated with the assembly process, and will be required to maintain and continue process improvement. The candidates will support prototypes through to the production phase. This individual will also be responsible for compiling assembly and test procedures for prototypes; supporting manufacturing in dealing with faulty parts; supports environmental engineering with carrying prototypes through the qualification process; and supporting the quality department in dealing with customer source issues as well as faulty paper work. This position also requires that the candidate provide support in maintaining program status and inform sales on product delivery.

Candidates must have a BSME and/or BSGE, must have a mechanical aptitude, and must be "hands-on." Candidates must also have a technical knowledge of Electro-Mechanical Systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, and experience working with motors and sensors is a plus.
