Specific Requirements:
Associate Degree in Science, experience in substation turn-key commissioning work. Proficient in Microsoft tools. Provide leadership to subordinates and contractors.

Job Family Responsibilities:
1. Customer support on warranty issues
2. Schedule, contract and secure field resources for warranty, parts/services and maintenance tasks
3. Contact customers for after sales opportunities
4. Expedite material for warranty and after sales tasks
5. Maintain warranty material inventory
6. Secure suppliers inventory
7. Provide training programs for on-going projects
8. Prepare maintenance programs
9. Secure General Service Agreements with suppliers
10. Supervise after sales and warranty HVS commitments
11. Identify business opportunities for services and parts
12. Support Siemens Management in the growth of the business
13. Administer order sales, expediting, closing orders and collection of payments

Key Responsibilities:
Perform special assignments and provide technical support for warranty and after sales issues for FACTS, STATCOM, SVC and Fixed Capacitor projects. Identify, notify and provide solutions on warranty problems. Apply sound business principles on assigned tasks. Represent the company as primary contact with customers, manufacturing plants and other Siemens business groups.

Key Working Relationships:
Advises Engineering Manager on work improvement opportunities and actively participates in the after sales group processes improvement. The candidate will be a key contributor to the growth of the HVS division.
