NPI Engineer/Electronics EXPERT

This requisition is for an electronics engineer who will be a member of the new products introduction engineering department. This person will be a key member of the product design team and responsible for the transfer of the product from R&D into production. Duties include, but are not limited to validation of the product design, the development of complex manufacturing equipment and processes, and support the transfer of products to a high volume manufacturing environment at a contract manufacturer. This job includes leading projects for manufacturing process enhancements, and product redesigns (software and hardware) to improve yields and reduce manufacturing costs for products in high volume manufacturing. Occasional travel may be required

QUALIFICATIONS
B.S.E.E. required, M.S.E.E. highly desirable with five or more years of related experience. Experience in leadership role which utilized established technical expertise and project management responsibilities required. Demonstrated experience in the analysis both digital and analog electronic circuits to the component level, failure analysis techniques, and the use of electronic measurement equipment. Experience with test processes, quality improvement projects and testing of complex systems is highly desirable. Good written and oral communication skills are required. Must be able to work independently on multiple projects while setting own priorities and tasks.
