Job Description

The individual in this position will be responsible for analyzing financial results for assigned network nodes.

Responsibilities will also include:
- Audit operations
- Audit partner processes
- Analyze Partner and network performance results against agreed upon SLA/KPI/CPI
- Execute Partner satisfaction surveys to include root cause analysis and reporting with corrective action plan recommendations.
- Develop monthly operations performance review packages for Network Performance Manager.

Requirements

Education and Experience:
-BA/BS degree or 5 years financial experience.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to roll up information in such a way that it can be immediately used and acted on without requiring additional interpretation.

-Ability to identify negative/positive business trends quickly in order to enable proactive decision making.

-Experience with business analysis tools such as Business Objects (datawarehouse/datamart environments).

-Strong MS office skills (ppt, excel), communication skills, statistical analysis skills.
