Noise Reduction Technology Contracts Specialist

Requirements
Principle responsibilities of this position include a wide range of contract administration activities in government and commercial contracting. This position supports the Contracts Manager in the generation and administration of commercial and government contracts; processing of contract modifications; and management of GSA schedules. Position will include participation in the proposal submission process, reviewing terms and conditions, preparing certifications and representations, contract negotiation, order processing, record keeping, license application requests, monitoring contract performance, insuring compliance to requirements and resolving issues and conflicts. Serves as a point of contact for the customer on all assigned business and contractual matters; provides coordination with other departments as necessary in the preparation of responses to customer correspondences and other requests.

Skills
4 to 7 years of related experience working with various Government procurement regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, ITAR, GSA, etc.) is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good computer literacy skills, and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels required. Familiarization and/or prior direct experience with SAP desired.

Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
