DXP offers innovative pumping solutions, integrated supply and MROP (maintenance, repair, operating and production) services that Utilize DXP?s vast product knowledge in pumps, bearings, power transmissions, seals, hose, safety, fluid power, electrical and industrial supplies.  We are looking to add to our team an Onsite Order Specialist which will work at our Smartsource site in Navasota, TX.

 

SmartSourceSM, DXP?s integrated supply chain management solution  allows a more efficient way to manage the customer?s supply chain needs for MROP products. The program allows the customer to transfer all or part of their supply chain needs to DXP, so the customer can focus on their core business. SmartSourceSM effectively lowers costs by outsourcing purchasing, accounting and on-site supply management to DXP, which reduces the duplication of efforts by the customer and supplier. DXP?s SmartSourceSM Program, supported by a broad range of first-tier products, provides a measurable solution to reduce cost and streamline procurement and sourcing operations.



 

The Onsite Order Specialist will be responsible for service to our on-site customer by sourcing product, providing technical assistance, inventory management, warehouse management, and other duties as assigned by manager.

Candidates must have 3+ years of industrial customer service or inventory management experience, team player mentality, as well as great interpersonal and motivational skills. Ideal and preferred candidates will have experience with at least one of DXP?s product lines.

 

Our SmartSourceSM arrangement is for a 24 x 7 operation, so we currently have our Onsite Order Specialists working rotating shifts. Please let us know what hours you could work.
