Operations Manager-Civil Engineering

Fast-growing land development/land planning firm provides land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, surveying/GPS services and environmental/inventory services is opening a branch office in Frederick, MD.  Company focuses on large residential projects and commercial projects.

 

Civil Engineering Operations Manager for a branch office of a mid-sized civil/land development firm.  This person will serve as the second in command of the branch office and report to the branch manager.  Initial staff will include civil designers, CAD personnel and a junior landscape architect.  Day-to-day activities will include managing projects and workload for the staff, working with clients, assisting branch manager with activities, report writing, meetings, etc.  Geographic areas this office will handle are Frederick, Montgomery and Washington Counties in Maryland; Adams and Franklin Counties in Pennsylvania, Loudon County in Virginia; Jefferson and Berkeley Counties in West Virginia.

 

BS in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer?s license, civil/land development experience, management experience, minimum 10 years experience.
