Operations Project Engineer - (SL03468)

The Operations Project Engineers provide the company with a variety of basic engineering and problem solving methodologies while moving design concepts into full production. This team is responsible for creating and monitoring critical path milestones of these projects and interfaces with all facets of the company.

Requirements: Recent recipient of a Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline. Knowledge and or experience with design, test or production desirable. Understanding of project planning, performance measurements, data analysis and critical path analysis using process improvement theories to improve product flow a plus.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Project and Excel, computer network environments and military communications data link equipment is a plus. Must be able to work from oral and written instructions, be dependable, positive, assertive and a team player and have a strong desire to succeed on a high performance team while meeting customer needs.
