CVL is seeking self-motivated Professional Plans Coordinator with a proactive approach to help us meet our clients? needs with a ?Service First? attitude.

Typical Duties to include but not limited to:

? Work with the project teams from the beginning of the project to make sure that everything that is required is submitted.

? Work with the agency staff so that they know our goals and objectives.
Coordinate submittals with agency staff.

? Prepare submittal schedules.
Track all projects within Land Development such that we know the status of each and every project at any given point in time.

? Coordinate the submittal with the project teams.

? Develop relationships with agency staff. Include members of the project team as directed by the project manager.

? Personally make deliveries only if that delivery will involve personal contact and contributes to strengthening an agency relationship. CVL?s delivery service or a member of the project team will make most deliveries.
Administration duties may include:

? Train and organize project team members on the approval process.

? General client relations. Level of Competence and Performance:

? Ability to assist project manager in the coordination of projects through the review/approval process.
Thoroughly understands jurisdictional processing procedures.
Ability to assist on several projects.

? Requires independent thought and decision-making ability in regard to the municipal process.

? Requires thorough knowledge of local codes, standards and procedures of local jurisdictions in project area.Software Knowledge:
