PRINCIPAL QA ENGINEER

As part of a global department, candidate will be expected to provide technical support for manufactured products in terms of design transfer, risk analysis and quality planning. Candidate should demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of applicable tools and statistical techniques, including but not limited to FMEA, process capability, SPC, process/value stream maps, and control plans. The position will require the incumbent to train and mentor various groups throughout the organization and develop corporate policies and procedures. They will also work directly with assigned teams to support effective product launches and sustainable manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

BA/BS in science or technical field
5-10 years relevant experience involving design transfer and manufacturing launch
Experience with GMP, ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 regulations preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills (including technical writing, presentations, and classroom instruction)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
Ability to travel internationally
