PROCESS ENGINEER I

Hobart Brothers Company, an Illinois Tool Works Fortune 500 business, is a recognized leader among welding manufacturers worldwide.? We are seeking a Process Engineer to oversee continuous improvement efforts for all processes at our Troy, OH facility.? Requirements include:

?BSEE with 3+ years manufacturing experience.Strong electrical and controls background with experience in PLCs, HMIs, and variable frequency drives, AC & DC.? PLCs include Mitsubishi 'A' & 'FX' series and Siemens S7-300 & S7-400.Wire drawing or spooling experience a plus, but not a requirement.Experience working with ISO quality systems.Candidates must have solid leadership, people, technical and PC skills.A proven track record with cost reduction, process improvement, quality, and a strong statistical background essential.Must be hands-on, aggressive, a good team player, and a self-starter.This position also requires 20% travel.
