Minimum Qualifications:

BS degree in a technical field plus eight to ten years of engineering experience. Experience writing technical documents and computer literate with versatile knowledge of the computer applications used in the industry (MS Word, Project, etc.). Must demonstrate an understanding of standards, techniques and methods in system engineering and a knowledge of other related technical fields. The successful applicant will be a multi-tasking team player with a hands-on approach. Excellent verbal and written communications. Must be able to obtain a security clearance. Must have experience with DOORS requirements management software.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

Self motivated requiring little supervision, and experience with Excel and Visio. Airworthiness

certification experience, MIL-516, a plus.

 

Duties:

Perform System Engineering activities on Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) programs. Duties to include Hardware and Software Specification Generation, requirements analysis, requirements allocation/tracking/compliance. Develop Interface Control Documents, Interface Requirements Documents, Operational Concept Descriptions, Baseline Description Documents, Systems Engineering Management Plans, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Performance

Specifications, Test Plans and Procedures, and viewgraph packages/presentations. Represent company at technical reviews,

meetings and system level integrations. Interface with subcontractors and customers. Will also be required to travel and

provide field support as needed.
