As Manager you will work on and manage the Tribology team providing wear analysis and wear simulator test support for current and future products. You will create a strategic work-plan in cooperation with various departments and you will you?ll assure performance of testing, analysis, report writing, literature review and presentation of results is conducted under high standard of scientific rigor. The manager has the added responsibilities of addressing complex problems of large scope, with little or no supervision. Additional responsibilities of the Manager position include exercising judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Requirements:
YOU WILL NEED:
Sr. Engineer:
> Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Biomedical or Materials Engineering, or other appropriate discipline plus a minimum 2 years engineering experience or Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology plus Mechanical Analysis Module plus a minimum of 2 years experience, or Masters Degree in Engineering plus minimum 1 year experience or PhD.

Project Mgr II:
> Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Biomedical or Materials Engineering, or other appropriate discipline plus minimum 5 years engineering experience, one of which is at a Project Manager level or equivalent. Masters or Ph.D. preferred.
Project Mgr I:
>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Biomedical or Materials Engineering, or other appropriate discipline plus minimum of 4 years engineering experience. Masters of Ph.D. preferred.
>In each, candidate must possess good team and communication skills.
