PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER

PROJECT / PROGRAM MANAGER  (2 Positions)

 

Salary from $75,000 to $90,000 plus bonus to 30% and excellent benefits

 

Manage Projects from inception through delivery and installation

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Monitor Engineering Process on programs

2. Define, track, and update program schedule

3. Customer interface for program communication

4. Program administration and documentation

5. Program cost tracking and containment

6. Order Review & Acceptance

7. Invoice projections for Accounting

8. Program Review Meeting Preparation

  9. Start-up hours & status reports to customer

10.   Customer Invoicing/Payment Problems

11.   Maintain Program Documentation

12.   Responsible for Program Goals: Budget, Schedule, Quality, Customer Satisfaction

 

Engineering Process Roles:

 

1. Distribute New Program Documentation to team

2. Schedule/Facilitate Internal Kick-off Meetings

3.  Maintain Program Issues & Resolutions List

4. Schedule & Attend Customer Kick-off Meetings

5. Peer Review of Requirements Specification

6. Delivery of ?Approval? documentation to customer

7. Schedule, facilitate, & report Post-Program Review Meeting

8.  Responsible for Customer Follow-up Call

 

Must have:  Familiar with Powertrain Assembly Tooling and Equipment
